Harrison Andrews and Danny Mishek ventured to New Orleans to display the SelfEco Caterware line. Oh what a show it was. They gained over 170 leads, 6 interested distributors and stomachs full of awesome cooking and maybe a few hurricanes to stay hydrated.

The customer comments were definitely the highlights. They loved seeing that all the SelfEco Caterware products were:

(The local food did not disappoint. Local seafood, a superb meal at Emeril’s (Bam!) and French Quarter Beignets from Café Du Monde.)

They met some great people from executive chefs, wedding coordinators and catering companies. The comments regarding today’s trends of landfill free, zero waste and compostable are not going away. There was a different buyer at this show this year. The show was filled with professionals in the food service industry that want to make a different and want their venues to be greener and better.

Even made it home walking in the pouring rain from Bourbon Street with Executive Chef Jeff from Crave Catering. (It was only .9 miles)
