Shipping & Returns
USA & CANADA SHIPPING:
Please allow 5-10 business days for the delivery of USA orders, and 10-14 business days for Canada orders. We do not ship on weekends.
When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number, so you can track your package, as well as a shipping confirmation email. Please note that ground shipments are only scanned at pickup and delivery. Air shipments are scanned at every stop. SelfEco is not responsible for delays caused during transit.
If the product you have ordered is out of stock, you will be notified. If part of your order is in stock, it will be partially shipped. When the rest of your order is shipped you will NOT be charged any additional shipping fees.
We currently do not ship internationally through our website. If you'd like to place a custom order, CLICK HERE to contact us.
Please understand that your custom international order may take additional time to clear Customs. We are sometimes unable to offer tracking for International orders. Once it leaves our warehouse, we have no control over any delays that may occur.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, the restocking charge will be deducted (see below for details), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (depending on your credit card/bank monetary return policies).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items or discounted items (via promotional code) cannot be refunded.
A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, except in instances where the product is defective/damaged and we are at fault. This fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Why do we charge restocking fees? Because we want to continue to keep prices as low as possible for you! When an item is returned, there are additional costs associated with processing the return. Companies that do not charge restocking fees pass the costs of their returns department onto their customers through higher priced items. Instead of raising our prices and charging every customer for frivolous returns costs, we only charge a restocking fee for items that are a standard return.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card code will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
Gift cards cannot be returned.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
