Shipping & Returns

USA & CANADA SHIPPING:

 

Please allow 5-10 business days for the delivery of USA orders, and 10-14 business days for Canada orders. We do not ship on weekends.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number, so you can track your package, as well as a shipping confirmation email. Please note that ground shipments are only scanned at pickup and delivery. Air shipments are scanned at every stop. SelfEco is not responsible for delays caused during transit.

If the product you have ordered is out of stock, you will be notified. If part of your order is in stock, it will be partially shipped. When the rest of your order is shipped you will NOT be charged any additional shipping fees.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

 

We currently do not ship internationally through our website. If you'd like to place a custom order, CLICK HERE to contact us.

Please understand that your custom international order may take additional time to clear Customs. We are sometimes unable to offer tracking for International orders. Once it leaves our warehouse, we have no control over any delays that may occur.


 

RETURNS

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item. Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed with a 25% restocking fee deducted, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within your bank’s processing time.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company.
  3. Contact your bank.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale and discounted items are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns unless the product is defective or damaged due to our error.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. If it wasn't marked as a gift, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Gift cards cannot be returned.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
